This photograph was of a wreck c. 1940 on old Highway 40, now known as East Victory Way, looking southeast. The location is above current Highway 40 and north of the old drive inn movie screen. The corner was known as Dead Man’s Corner for all of the wrecks and some fatalities that occurred on it.
